Senior Principal, Talent Strategy & HR Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Canada Career Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Montreal. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This Senior Principal, Talent Strategy & HR Transformation will be part of a team of passionate consultants with expertise in employee and executive career management, rewards, and communication, contributing to thought leadership around our HR Transformation methodology.

We will count on you to:

Directly advise Mercer clients (generally senior management) on a variety of engagements by applying deep expertise in Talent Management, HR and Rewards Transformation

Leveraging Mercer’s market leading intellectual capital and methodologies, develop strategies, philosophies, and programs that address clients’ needs and help maximize the impact of their people programs

Contribute to growing Mercer’s Career practice in Canada by engaging with clients and prospects, expanding relationships with current clients, proposing new projects, and pursuing new opportunities

What you need to have:

BA/BS degree

At least 10+ years of consulting experience related to successful delivery of HR and/or Rewards Transformation projects for large organizations

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and willingness to adapt to evolving work methods and methodologies
