In this role, we are inviting applicants for the role of Team Lead with working experience in Microservices, Experience in Agile development methodologies. Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
 Lead a team of developers and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
 Design and develop software solutions using Python, Java, or C#.
 Utilize BI tools such as Snowflake and SQL to analyze and manipulate data.
 Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
 Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience of software development including architecting, designing and coding
• Developer, Java/.net, Cloud, kafka
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake and SQL.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
