Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Database Architect

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement database solutions to support Elead CRM application and MSBI tool.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for database architecture.
3. Optimize database performance, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage for Elead CRM and MSBI applications.
4. Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and database objects to support application functionality.
5. Implement data security and access controls to safeguard sensitive information within the databases.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for applications.
7. Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and data integrity checks.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in database architecture and MSBI toolset.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• overall experience a project manager / scrum master.
• Proficiency in database design and architecture, with a focus on relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Expertise in Elead CRM application and understanding of its database structure and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) tools, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Experience with database optimization techniques, including indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques (e.g., ER diagrams, normalization).
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and manipulate data.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
