Senior principal Consultant - Solution Architect

Inviting applications for the role of Senior principal Consultant - Solution Architect

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the overall architecture and design of complex solutions that support the organization's business strategies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop architectural frameworks, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive solution architectures that align with business goals.
• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop technology roadmaps that support those goals.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture and strategy.
• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions that address business requirements and integrate with existing systems.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and standards.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural frameworks, solutions, and standards.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise and solution architecture.
• Continuously evaluate and improve architectural practices and methodologies.
• Participate in professional development and certification programs to enhance architectural skills.


Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data architecture and integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
