Support the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of experienced team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities.Assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.Drive and increase user adoption and ensure satisfaction, including delivering training and support.Interface regularly with the sales team/technology department and provide quality end user support, deliver exceptional support service.Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, security settings, access settings, and hierarchies, permission sets and public groups to support organization structure.Knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security. Design and build custom objects, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, custom settings, build and maintain customer portal and sites.Assist with the review, consolidation, and reduction of data discrepancies. Checks for restrictions on user accounts for vital data accessibility.Import Accounts, Leads, Contacts, and other data. Takes care of the removal of redundancy and duplicity of user accounts.Experienced data management and manipulation skills utilizing the Apex Data Loader or Demand Tools.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, and have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally.Conduct System testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and functionality.Availability and responsiveness to inquiries. Resolve the support tickets with strict adherence to deadlines.Document and maintain technical specifications, processes, and reports.Experience interacting and supporting geographically dispersed clients/users, strong oral and written communication skills.Must be very well organized and be able toStay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.Identify key business challenges and opportunities for improvement.Knowledge of API, APEX, SQL and PL/SQL a plus.
