Senior Principal Facilities Spec

**Job Overview:**
The Senior Principal Facilities Spec has developed breadth and depth of skills in a range of Facilities processes, procedures, and systems and can act as a technical expert in an area. They are responsible for gathering and analyzing data to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
1. Service Provider Management:
+ Manage and coordinate all hard and soft service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
+ Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
2. Administrative Duties:
+ Administer and maintain up-to-date personnel seating allocation records and facility-related documentation.
+ Raise purchase requests and GRN and manage related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Administer building access and parking access documentation process
+ Administer consumable requirements and related documentation
+ Support transportation coordination activities
3. Facility Maintenance:
+ Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance to prevent disruptions.
+ Address daily facility-related issues and maintain records of resolutions.
+ Scheduled floor visits on a weekly basis
+ Attend to HSE inspection and observations for safety compliance as required
4. Planning and Forecasting:
+ Plan and forecast the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements, including space utilization and resource allocation.
+ Assist with office relocations, including planning, coordination, and execution.
5. Property Strategy and Space Management:
+ Support the development and implementation of property strategies to optimize space utilization.
+ Monitor and manage communications infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
6. Communication and Reporting:
+ Attend to daily facility-related requirements and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
+ Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders and team members.
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Minimum 5 years experience in FM or Office Services for a large Local or MNC.
+ Minimum 2 years in a lead role with a proven track record.
+ Diploma in FM essential as a minimum.
+ Degree in a related field preferred.
