Send an email to Accessibility (careers@truist.com?subject=Accommodation%20request)_ _(accommodation requests only; other inquiries won't receive a response)._ **Regular or Temporary:** Regular **Language Fluency:** English (Required) **Work Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Please review the following job description:** + Gather requirements, elicitation, and direct interaction with clients. + Participate as a highly skilled member on a team of Engineers, providing technical expertise for the architecture, designing, planning, testing and implementation phases of projects as assigned by management. + Prepare high level and low-level design for Microsoft Technologies. + Take a primary role in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting systems and software in Dev and UAT environments. + Lead efforts related to the successful implementation of systems into PROD while following Truist standards and procedures. + Effectively manage relationships with key support partners, line of business representatives and vendors. Lead implementation of complex medium to large scale enterprise projects. + Lead design and development of innovative improvements. Proficient at driving solid effective and timely decisions in alignment with departmental direction based on excellent command of business knowledge and technology. + Lead migration of legacy systems and solutions to the modern solutions and systems. + Under limited supervision, lead efforts in investigating, evaluating, and incorporating best practices based on knowledge of environment. + Lead efforts related to designing, planning, enhancing, and testing all distributed systems platforms used throughout the enterprise including base-lining current systems, trend analysis and capacity planning as required for future systems requirements. + Lead technical assessment, research, and testing of new technologies as requested using design, automation, and scripting best practices and procedures. + Mentor junior team members to adept best implementation practices and standards. + Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the use of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and systems that will provide capability for proposed project or workload, efficient operation, and effective use of allotted resources. + Troubleshoot and maintain application systems. + Responsible for third-level technical support of providing expert problem analysis and resolution in a timely manner. + Participate in all areas of technology management, systems development, or systems implementation as assigned. **Requirements** + Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. + Must have 5 years of progressive experience IT positions working with Microsoft SharePoint and preparing high-level and low-level design for Microsoft Technologies + Must have at least 3 years of experience performing/utilizing the following: + Working with distributed systems + Knowledge of data flow, infrastructure, problem analysis and software tuning. + Knowledge of multiple Microsoft programming/script languages with proficiency in development of systems and program interfaces. + Demonstrating proficiency in: Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and above; Powershell Scripting; Nintex Forms and Workflows; Microsoft Technologies; Agile Methodology; Microsoft Office products; .NET Programming language; HTML, CSS, CSOM, JQuery, and JavaScript libraries; and Windows Server 2016 and above. + Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Raleigh, NC.
