Senior/Principal Learning Specialist

Your determination to deliver quality and accuracy will improve health outcomes that people and communities depend on - now and in the future. **Summarized Purpose:** We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our Enterprise Learning team to be responsible for analyzing business requirements and learning data needs of various stakeholders, designing, developing, and implementing interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively present complex training data. The Learning Specialist is a member of our learning measurement team, responsible for evaluation and analysis of learning program outcomes, identification of learning performance trends and provision of learning dashboards at a program and aggregate level. **Essential Functions:** + Serves as a subject matter expert to improve learning products, programs, and services through learning measurement data evaluation in order to proactively, measurably, and efficiently improve corporate readiness, performance, and quality. + Power BI Dashboard Development and Maintenance (debugging and testing for accuracy and reliability) of assigned dashboards. Responds and addresses dashboard queries. + Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to dashboards and reporting tools. + Maintains a new training program to enhance staff’s skills in Power BI, contributing to improved data analysis capabilities. + Proactively collaborates with project and program leads, other team members, and management to prepare, organize, coordinate, document, and/or provide expert development and delivery of learning products and services to enhance content retention and support business outcomes and industry compliance. + Provides coaching and mentoring of team members on best practices to analyze learning effectiveness data. + Works closely with learning measurement and reporting team to maintain and provide comprehensive learning effectiveness and evaluation expertise to business stakeholders. + Supports projects via data analysis that mature key learning program capabilities and refine internal processes for the business and within the department. + Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs. **Business Relationships:** + Represents the department as a prime contact for dashboard development, maintenance and data provisioning. + Interacts with internal and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional areas within the learning measurement team. + Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification + Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years). _In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role._ **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + In-depth knowledge of data provisioning, dashboard development using Power BI software. + Strong consultancy skills and ability to positively influence business outcomes. + Knowledge of project management standards and practices preferred would be considered an advantage. + Comprehensive ability to translate complex issues into actionable and comprehendible business solutions. + Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines. + Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective. + Comprehensive computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
