Encryption is needed in many applications across platforms and environments, making this an emerging market with a huge growth potential.  + You will help our company to capture new market segmentswhile maintainingour reputation as a top-tier supplier for this technology.    **Qualifications** **Y** **ou** **M** **ust** **H** **ave:**    + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.  + Experience with leading a team in the pursuit and capture of new business.  + Experience leading a team in the full product development lifecycle.  Including negotiating scope of work, project planning, overseeing requirements and architecture definition, design, integration, test, and verification - coordinating multiple disciplines coming together to create a full product . + Previous experience with bidding and bid review, as well as planning and managing project budget, schedule, and scope.  + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
