OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in our systems/tools. Additionally, the role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level. 

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

Drive critical cross-org programs and process improvements related to rack ingestion Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines Report on key rack ingestion KPIs weekly Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule  Mentor junior program managers Basic Qualifications 5-8+ years relevant work experience in program/project management  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations High ownership with a strong bias for action Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products Understanding of demand signals, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail Ability to think broadly and strategically Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
