Role: Senior Private Jet Charter Broker
Salary: Competitive (Discussed Upon Application)
Location: Central London, UK
Hours: Full-time, 3 – 4 days in the office, standard 9am – 5pm (flexible)
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a client portfolio by acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, and handling inbound inquiries. Demonstrate expertise in aircraft and chartering procedures. Develop long-term relationships with clients, aircraft operators, and suppliers. Manage the full lifecycle of charter bookings, from inquiry to completion. Oversee the flight process, ensuring smooth flight departures. Engage in travel for sales visits, industry events, flight representations, and ride-alongs.

Candidate Requirements:

Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated with a proven sales track record. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Private Jet Sales. Ability to meet and exceed annual targets. Resilient under pressure with a detail-oriented mindset. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Flexible with working hours and capable of adapting to various situations. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in a second language being an advantage. Full UK driver’s license and eligibility to work in the UK.

Additional Information:
