Position Job Title: Senior Process Analyst, Integrated Business Management Reports: Senior Manager or Manager, Integrated Business Management Scope: J&J MedTech Location: Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA; Brussels, Belgium; Juarez, Mexico; Guaynabo, PR; Irvine, CA; Zuchwil, Switzerland; Zug, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland, Leeds, UK JOB SUMMARY The Senior Process Analyst, Integrated Business Management will report within the SNP/PP Process team, which is responsible to develop, implement and mature best in class Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Production Planning (PP) process capabilities across the J&J MedTech Plan Systems landscape. The Senior Analyst, Integrated Business Management will lead and support specific workstreams within the assigned project(s) and will be accountable for key deliverables within the MedTech Plan portfolio; will act as the Subject Matter Expert for key processes, driving or supporting improvement projects and enhancements to the existing platform, while ensuring integration of plan processes to the E2E supply chain. Also, the role supports the business to simplify, standardize & sustain the value realization processes within planning functions, post-project to reduce complexity and to improve the focus on business process excellence. To meet the objectives of the role, you will be responsible for supporting the PP/SNP capability roadmap to strengthen MedTech planning process capabilities, partnering with global and regional planning teams. Duties & responsibilities In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will take care about: Process Strategy: + Identify, Capture & Shape SNP/PP business requirements for desired process enhancements to strengthen planning capabilities, increase effectiveness and productivity. + Drive adherence to the demand intake process for consistent communication, prioritization & alignment with LT. + Resolve issues or inter-dependencies from cross-functional workstreams with corresponding business partners. + Partner with key stakeholders to ensure full alignment on the plan strategy and resourcing needs to enabling the long-term roadmap. + Assist in the development of projects, financial & resource plans; assist in gap analysis and help build business cases as needed for project approval. Process Capabilities: + Define critical Subject Matter Experts process skills needed and support onboarding of these SME resources where appropriate. + Ensure the MedTech Blueprint standards and business processes are aligned and updated as required. + Coordinate process capabilities sessions to SMEs and/or key users. + Drive business process adoption and adherence by defining and supporting appropriate change management and communications plans. + Identify gaps in effectiveness, inefficiencies and other bottlenecks and criticalities, and areas for improvement in existing processes. + Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery of the workstream milestones & final objectives. + Resolve conflicts on process between super-users, Business owners and Technology owners. Process Maturity & Adherence: + Support the global Capability Execution Team (CET) community with a common approach on assessing maturity and adherence to standards and improving business processes for the platforms assigned, using established plan metrics and norms to overall system-based planning. + Ownership of process & required documentation, aligned to latest processes and best practices, to empower business SMEs to train their peers on new process capabilities and become change agents (“Train the trainer”). + Support a global business process community in alignment with other roles and responsibilities within the organization for the appropriate Plan function and platform (OMP/Blue Yonder/APO/JDE XE, S4 Hana etc ...) + Act as primary business contact to support process issues while also managing efforts to align and improve business process capabilities via MedTech Supply Chain Digital team where applicable. + Contribute to process standardization and ensure best practices are established throughout the business communities by participating and owning the Capability Execution Team (CET). + Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. + Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable. + For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable + Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. + Performs other duties assigned as needed. \#INDJP \#LI-CM4 **Qualifications** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION + Bachelor’s Degree required with preference in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or equivalent. Advanced degree/MBA preferred. + Minimum six (6) years of proven experience + Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. OMP+, APO, Blue Yonder) and ERP (e.g. JDE, SAP) + Experience with business process methodology. + Project management experience + Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes with deep understanding of Supply Network Planning and/or Production Planning + Change management experience. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS* + APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM) desired. + PMP, FPX, or equivalent desired. + Green Belt certification desired. + Understanding of Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. OMP+, APO and Blue Yonder) and ERP (e.g. JDE, SAP) required. + Strong communication (including to senior leadership) with the ability to adjust to the audience is required. + Ability to develop, master and maintain complex technology skills, with demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert. + Ability to translate complex topics into simple, workable solutions. + Proven track record of influencing/collaboration to get to desired results. + High level of personal initiative, ability to function autonomously with self-confidence. location & travel requirements + Location of Role: Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA; Brussels, Belgium; Juarez, Mexico; Guaynabo, PR; Irvine, CA; Zuchwil, Switzerland; Zug, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland, Leeds, UK + This position may require an average of 10 – 25% travel domestically and internationally.
