Senior Process Consultant (Automation) Job Description What is the job about? The role is a part of our HR Tech and process excellence team which focus on digitalization and processes excellence in HR. Specifically this role will drive process excellence with focus on Automation and AI. Drive HR organization forward in achieving its Operational Excellence ambitions in all transactional activities along the employee life cycle, by: • Mapping value stream and processes, identifying inefficiencies in productivity with a particular focus on layouts and sequencing and identify automation and AI solutions • Recommending to management changes that can cut waste from operating procedures • Devising and testing solutions and rolling out new ways of working utilizing automation and AI • Driving & Implementing change: moving local to global, custom to standards Continuous Improvement and Lean techniques, together with an outstanding acumen of technology applied to improve HR deliverables, are the levers that will make the Senior Process Consultant succeed in its job, meaning, achieving all possible efficiency gains in each process Your main responsibilities: • Clearing identification of the cause of systemic problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner. • Using automation methodologies, the Senior Process Consultant performs situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue, and then provide a fresh perspective and develop the most suitable automation or AI solutions • Managing also the implementation of the future state, engaging with all stakeholders and where required, manage them to deliver sustainable improvements that can be clearly demonstrated. • Performing process reviews, defining in detail the current processes, and developing future state process automation which will deliver the most effective results in terms of Operational Excellence. Process reviews are perceived as a good source for continuous improvement opportunities • Being responsible for developing the automation and AI culture in HR, providing training sessions and provide consulting colleagues. • Being responsible for developing and maintaining the tools that support the business processes, according to industry standards and best practices that ensures compliance. Your background We imagine that you have: • Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Solid knowledge of HR processes and polices, particularly around • Excellent experience in Process Excellence and Automation in HR • Six Sigma Black/Green Belt from a recognized certification as a plus • 3 years’ proven demonstrable ability to apply Automation and / or AI solutions to drive efficient processes within an HR Shared Services or Transactional services in an international organization • Proven track record as an internal/external consultant leading and closing a variety of automation improvement projects • Solid experience with data analysis and research techniques • Good practical experience with business processes and HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. • Experience in repetitive process automation is a plus • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written/listening, presentation) including the ability to communicate to both technical and business colleagues - must be able to discuss complex issues in a plain and concise manner What’s in it for you?
