We are looking for Senior Level Process Engineer to support the manufacturing line mainly on insulation and extrusion process. This position will lead a team of process owners.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for quality, yield, cost, and cycle time improvement.
Drive work planning and work process improvement initiatives.
Monitor, improve, analyze, and control processes.
To maintain / establish procedures to ensure smooth execution of process control.
Diagnose and resolve line process related problems.
Train existing and new production hires to achieve production KPI targets.
Assist Manager in cost-saving activities and wastage reduction programs.
Prepare monthly reports for Management review.
Support HSE activities including :
Comply with Government Regulations & Company HSE Policies, Procedure & Rules.
Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the standard ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015
Ensure all related activity will refer to HIRADC
Maintain HSE equipment in the Company
Always remind colleagues to prioritize work safety and health and prevent environmental damage.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
Have experience in Cable Manufacturing will be an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD / KAIZEN / TPM / AMIE.
Experience in process control, machine setup, and certification systems.
Has strong leadership to lead people.
Has initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership in getting things done.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong understanding and excellent skill in process control.
Good attitude, team player and able to work independently.
