Board Assembly Process Engineering team is looking for a Senior Process Engineer whose primary role will be supporting, maintenance and development of new technologies in Solder Paste Application Machines and finished printed circuit board.
This full time position is based at our factory in Tallinn, Peterburi tee 67a and requires valid working rights in Estonia and currently living at or around Tallinn area to be considered for the opportunity.
What you will do Creation and maintenance of programs for solder paste application machinesRunning product failures related root cause analyses and provide corrective actionsPerforming component level investigationsDeveloping and maintaining new fault-finding methods and toolsParticipation in Early-phase product and technology developmentSupporting in New Product Introduction and verificationsSharing your process related knowledge with othersCollaborating with stakeholders, design unit and others to improve product performance. Design unit is mainly located in Sweden, China and Canada.This Board Assembly Senior Process Engineer position implies a full-time on-site activity including distant production support, investigations, and meetings with stakeholders.
You will bring Previous SMT assembly process experience and understanding Bachelor or formal qualification in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics or Mechanical engineering or other relevant competencesCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsInnovative and adaptable, teammate attitudeSpoken English and Russian, Estonian as advantageGood presentation and communication skillsSupply Chain & Supply Process KnowledgeWhy join Ericsson?
