Activities Provide technical support for troubleshooting plant issues, propose solutions, and follow up on their implementation.Liaise with OneTech specialists when technical support from HQ is required.Ensure safe work procedures, environmental compliance, and mechanical integrity requirements.Review and provide technical content for operating procedures.Identify opportunities to enhance safety, improve environmental safeguards, and reduce GHG emissions.Ensure compliance with process engineering standards (TotalEnergies General Specifications, international norms) in the frame of modification requests (RFM).Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Material Balances, Process Data Sheets & Specifications for process units.Develop and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Safety Logic Diagrams following site modifications or surveys.Perform detailed hydraulic and heat transfer calculations for process units.Conduct vessel and piping sizing calculations (process part).Execute process simulations using Aspen Plus, Aspen Plus Dynamics, PRO/II, HYSYS, or similar software.Perform Flow Assurance studies using Olga software (with OneTech support).Conduct and participate in site surveys required for modification requests.Evaluate and analyze Process Engineering studies from contractors and vendors.Participate in project safety reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, PR, etc.) when required.Prepare Process Derogation Requests as needed for engineering studies.Validate the update of as-built documentation for process-related modifications.Assist in the procurement process, including equipment specifications, bid evaluations, and contract administration.Support the development of process engineering standards, specifications, guidelines, and procedures.Promote HSE compliance, lead by example, and report any anomalies.Provide day-to-day coaching to junior process engineers, introducing them to process engineering fundamentals. Candidate Profile Education: Master’s degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering.Experience: Minimum 10 years in process engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.Strong knowledge of process design based on industry standards (API, etc.) and TotalEnergies specifications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.In-depth understanding of equipment, instrumentation, and piping specifications and installations.Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, Aspen Plus Dynamics, PRO/II, HYSYS, etc.).Strong leadership and communication skills.
