Scope of Work:

Kent is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to deliver Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design Projects in the Energy and Chemicals industry.

Deliverables

Reporting to the area lead engineer or lead engineer on feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design or EPC project, the Senior Process Engineer will develop the following deliverables:

Process Basis of DesignInput to Basic Engineering Design DataProcess philosophiesBlock Flow Diagram and Overall Material BalanceProcess SimulationsHeat & Material BalanceProcess & Utilities Flow DiagramsDesign Pressure & Design Temperature DiagramInput to Material Selection DiagramsEquipment Sizing, Equipment Data Sheets, Equipment ListLine Sizing, Line ListInput to Instrument ListControl Valve Sizing, Relief Load Calculation, Relief Valve SizingPiping & Instrumentation Diagrams for Process units, Utility & Offsite systems and InfrastructureActive participation in project meetings

Key Requirements:

Engineering degree, honours or equivalent in Chemical EngineeringExperienced in feasibility, Pre-FEEED, FEED, detailed design and EPC projectsKnowledge of applicable international and industry specifications, standards and codesCapable of performing above deliverables/ activities with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgetsResponsible for communicating technical/ project issues potentially impacting the project to the lead engineer.Senior Process engineer is accountable to the area lead engineer, lead engineer or project engineer.
