What you’ll do:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving transformative change in the company by leading both strategic, high impact enterprise improvement initiatives embedding a program of change management and continuous improvement into the culture of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Execution of strategic, high-impact, enterprise improvement initiatives chosen by Executive Management from across the business divisions. For these initiatives the position requires working collaboratively with team members to:Drive best practice problem-solving approaches to define problem sets and hypothesis, gather and synthesize data, and then design and implement solutions with measurable impact.Deliver consultation and collaborative thought-leadership with impacted functions to ensure success of initiatives. Act as a thought leader in a 'data driven' environment driving data-based decision making across the enterprise.Lead cross-functional teams working on Enterprise Transformation Initiatives that have senior executive and Board of Directors (BOD) visibility.Work across multiple functions to design and implement innovative processes to achieve project objectives.Design and deliver clear metrics to measure the success of the project or initiative.Deliver projects on time and on budget, navigating organizational challenges and proactively driving business results.Exercise formal and informal influence to impact key decisions to drive effective execution and results. Engage appropriate leadership when needed.Build strong business relationships across the enterprise, understanding and responding to business needs and opportunities to add value.What you’ll need:
Education:
MBA or other advanced degree, preferred or relevant business experienceExperience:
10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consulting industry experience required. Management or internal consulting combined with operational experience, is idealLEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required7+ years formal Process Improvement project experience required7+ years Program/Project Management experience required, including the delivery of large-scale cross-functional Programs3+ years leadership experience in direct supervision of associatesAbility to travel up to 40% of the time
