Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - P&C with 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service and domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will excel in claim investigation and management contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.


Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.Investigate and process claims efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues related to Property & Casualty Insurance.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Utilize domain knowledge to identify and mitigate potential risks in claim processing.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.Assist in training new team members on best practices and procedures.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.Support the development and implementation of new tools and technologies.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Customer Service within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Demonstrate expertise in claim investigation and management.Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in using relevant software and tools.Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid and rotational shift environment.Bring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Maintain a customer-centric mindset in all interactions.Be adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.Collaborate well with team members and other departments.Stay committed to continuous learning and professional development.Hold a relevant certification in Property & Casualty Insurance or Customer Service.Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in Property & Casualty Insurance.
