Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) and Customer service (Mortgage). This is a work-from-office position with night shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
1+ year of experience in Mortgage BPO Transaction/ Data Processing background. -
Have experience in foreclosure claim file servicing and mortgage loan processes.
Handle foreclosure and claim files related to mortgage loans ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Basic knowledge of Mortgage industryOversee daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving mortgage-related inquiries and issues.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and interactions.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to optimize workflow.Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timelines and meet quality standards.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.Qualifications
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly in the mortgage domain.Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Show proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.Display effective communication skills both written and verbal.Certifications Required
Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) or equivalent certification preferred.
