Senior Process Executive-Data


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - B&L with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Foreclosure Claim File & Service ( US Mortgage Loan). This role requires working from the office during night shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations related to process execution and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in handling foreclosure claim file and mortgage loan services.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.Provide support in resolving complex issues related to foreclosure claim file and mortgage loan services.Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of process documentation.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on process status and address any concerns or issues.Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.Have domain experience in foreclosure claim file & service (mortgage loan) and regulatory and compliance is preferred.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Show a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Certifications Required

Certified Microsoft Excel Specialist or equivalent certification is required.
