Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Online Analyst - CM with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong English speaking skills and preferably have experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains. This is a work from office position with rotational shifts. No travel required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze online data to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support online marketing strategies.Utilize analytical tools to track and report on key performance indicators.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data for stakeholders.Assist in the creation and optimization of online content.Provide recommendations to improve online user experience.Support the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.Communicate findings and insights to team members and management.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online data analysis.

Qualifications

Possess strong English speaking skills.Have experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains (nice to have).Demonstrate proficiency in analytical tools and software.Show ability to work in rotational shifts.Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.Display attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.Have a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Show capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Possess a basic understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.Show willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Have a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
