Job Summary

We are seeking an Online Analyst - CM with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and English speaking skills. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role involves analyzing online data providing insights and supporting our customer service team. Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus.


Responsibilities

Analyze online data to identify trends and insights that can improve customer service strategies.Provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor online platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Assist in developing and implementing online customer service initiatives.Utilize English speaking skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.Support the development of training materials and resources for the customer service team.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work as required.Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones.Leverage experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains to provide specialized insights and recommendations.Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing customer experiences and driving positive outcomes.
