Senior Process Executive-Voice


Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Process Exec - Tech Support with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MAP COTS Products (BFS Ast&Wlth) Advent Geneva and Asset & Wealth Management. This role requires strong English language skills and the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.


Responsibilities

Provide technical support for MAP and COTS Products (BFS Ast&Wlth) to ensure smooth operationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Advent Geneva and Asset & Wealth Management systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experienceMonitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patchesAssist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and user guidesConduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulationsOffer training and support to end-users to maximize system utilizationParticipate in the implementation of new features and functionalities in the systemsAnalyze system data to identify trends and areas for improvementProvide timely and effective support during rotational shifts to ensure continuous system availabilityCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutionsEnsure all support activities are documented and tracked for future referenceStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions

Qualifications

Must have experience in MAP and COTS Products (BFS Ast&Wlth)Should have expertise in Advent Geneva and Asset & Wealth ManagementMust possess strong English language skills (Read/Write Speak)Should have the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shiftsMust be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skillsShould have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamShould have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesMust be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyShould have a strong understanding of technical documentation and user guidesMust be committed to continuous learning and professional developmentShould have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to provide high-quality supportMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
