We're looking for a senior-level Process Improvement Analyst, Industrial Engineer or equivalent to drive process improvement efforts, identify and standardize best practices as part of UES’s significant business transformation efforts. This is a key hands-on role, requiring the ability to think strategically and act tactically as part of the ongoing growth and enhancement of our company. This role is responsible for leading multiple standardization / improvement projects across five (5) Service Line Councils, documenting meeting minutes and action items, researching and evaluating technology solutions, and implementing solutions enterprise wide. As the Senior Process Improvement Analyst, you will be accountable for independently leading projects, managing and tracking key project deliverables and communicating progress, project risks and results to the project / leadership team. The Senior Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for maximizing employee adoption of Enterprise Operational Tools, as well as supporting the coordination, development, and delivery of Service Line Council related communications. This role requires strong data analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of process improvement & reporting principles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop agendas and meeting minutes, including action itemsTrack action item completion and request updatesTrack Enterprise system related adoption rates and liaison with third partiesUpdate UES Capabilities and Lab Accreditation matricesAbility to quickly grasp new ERP analytics capabilitiesAbility to leverage advanced Excel techniquesMaintain qualitative and quantitative data / information on process and project initiatives, project results, and tool evaluationsDevelop and track relevant KPIs across the enterprisePlan, coordinate, and document project related activities of large scale and highly visible projects that will vary in scope and complexityPartner and coordinate with cross functional teams effectively to deliver against project objectivesDesign, build, and administer efficient methods to gather data and input to support effective process improvement strategiesDocument project team discussions, including any action items and deliverables; engage with leadership and project team to ensure tasks / projects are on trackSolicit feedback from end-users / stakeholders to continuously improve business processes and address emerging needsEvaluate & address change impact of process / system implementation on business processes Complete tasks assigned by leadership in an efficient and timely mannerDomestic travel is approximately 5-25%Qualifications:Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, or related fieldPreferred: Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field3-5 years previous experience in project management, process improvement, business consulting, or a similar roleBusiness savvy: ability to connect the dots between functions and across various regions / branchesHighly organized and able to multitaskExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tell compelling business and result stories; demonstrated strong presentation and facilitation skillsUnderstanding of ERP applications is desired but not required; experience with Deltek products is a plusPossesses the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExperience and/or aptitude with technical projects, partnerships, and process improvementAbility to partner and collaborate with various teams and leadership levels as well as able to proactively and efficiently work independentlyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products and collaboration toolsStrong administrative skills Able to complete tasks assigned by leaders in an efficient and timely manner MissionWe are trusted engineering partners enabling the construction community through responsive, expert problem solving.We strive to be the leading environmental, inspection, testing and engineering firm by ensuring the safety, integrity, and sustainability of our community's land, foundations, and structures from development to redevelopment.
