Senior Process Improvement Manager, EU ATS Customer Experience

In transportation performance management, we improve customer experience through continuously optimizing the complex movements of goods to customers throughout Europe. In the Performance Management team, you will be responsible for the performance of our Middle Mile transportation network. You will drive EU wide large-scale programs / products that deliver a positive impact on our customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to:

- Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions, prioritize opportunities and drive network improvements
- Have a passion for continuously improving customer (internal and external) experience
- Have experience influencing and earning the trust of stakeholders and moving business teams to take action
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment.
- Ensure mechanisms are implemented to track progress.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and assess the overall performance of the middle mile, including delivery information accuracy and speed.
- Drive network improvements for ATS, assessing the impact on the existing set up and defining the trade-off between customer experience and cost.
- Be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of the project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation plan.
- Manage communication to senior stakeholders.
- Interact with Amazon’s operational and technical senior management teams to ensure global alignment.
- Collaborate with the development teams, be responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.
- Write and review strategic documents that will focus on key product development from design to release.
