Senior Process Lead - HRSC Representative
In this role, you will be responsible for Support for compliance and specific administrative tasks related to On-boarding and HRIS processes. You will support this process of decision making by providing all required back-end information, data points and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:Provide day to day support & guidance to the offshore team on new scenarios/case typesAct as the escalation point for cases without clear instructionsRespond to hotline voicemails and manage the HR hotlineSupport and guide offshore team on creating knowledge articles for the MyDelekHR page and scripts for case responsesHandle and triage employee and manager queriesProvide support for employee and manager self-service toolsSupport managers with I-9 completion and correctionsHandle E-Verify processes (FNC, submission, TNC)Provide I-9 corporate support and leverage HR compliance knowledge to address employee questionsEscalate potential regulatory or compliance risksSubmit WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) 8850 survey reportsManage WOTC casesSupport and guide offshore team on Auditing Catalyst Conversion Records for rehiresMonitor integration errorsOversee payroll replication related errorsSupport SuccessFactors QA testingLiaise with IT for login issuesApprove SF workflows for job changes, promotions, other job info changes, and terminationsHandle onboarding password requestsPick up and review physical mailReview case responses for accuracyManage W2 reprints, mail, and returned mail

Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the job description
Preferred Requirements:Must be flexible and adapt to changing needsThe ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environmentStrong communication skills and ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experienceStrong attention to details, listening skills, analytical and proactive solutioning is essential for success
