**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Sr Process Manager, where you'll drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement, shaping end-to-end workflows and fostering operational excellence across our organization!
**Core Responsibilities**
+ **Process Leadership** : Lead process improvement initiatives and establish a strong foundation for SAP Signavio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ **Process Standardization** : Drive the standardization of new processes, building end-to-end workflows within and across functions and management areas.
+ **Platform and Equipment Support** : Collaborate with the platform/equipment manager to support activities such as growth scenarios, continuous improvement (CI), upgrades, and other development initiatives.
+ **Technical Guidance** : Provide expert technical guidance on process development and design, establish performance indicators, and recommend improvement opportunities to management.
+ **Jishuken Leadership** : Facilitate and lead Jishuken activities to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
+ **Project Management Compliance** : Adhere to all project management rules and ensure compliance with relevant standards, norms, directives, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements.
+ **Process Landscape Improvements** : Drive continuous improvements in the process landscape, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
+ **Performance Measurement** : Develop and implement clear performance indicators to enhance process performance and track progress.
+ **Improvement Initiatives** : Identify improvement areas and actively support Jishuken events to address and resolve process inefficiencies.
+ **End-to-End Process Development** : Build a comprehensive process landscape with a strong end-to-end flow mindset, fostering seamless integration across functional areas.

External Mould Factory organization is the interface to external mould and mould part suppliers in Engineering & Quality organization. We ensure cost, delivery and quality live up to our standards and expectations. This role ensures we constantly optimize our working processes and build a performance setup into how we optimize our flow and thereby improve our overall performance.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ **Process Design Expertise** : Solid experience in designing and optimizing process flows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ **Senior Management Collaboration** : Skilled in working with senior leaders (VP and SD level) to report progress, find opportunities, and drive performance improvements.
+ **Performance Indicators and KPIs** : Proven track record of integrating performance indicators into processes in previous roles.
+ **Results-Oriented** : Maintains a strong focus on achieving results and driving process flow improvements in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
+ **Networking and Influence** : Experienced in building robust networks and fostering followership to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.
+ **Industry Knowledge** : Strong understanding of the mold-making industry, with insights into its processes and best practices.
+ **Cultural Agility** : Adept at working in multicultural settings, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability to diverse work environments.
+ **Global Experience** : Experienced in operating in a global context, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing programs led by local teams in various regions.
