Senior Process Manager (Enterprise Platforms Technology)
Center 3 (19075), United States of America, McLean, Virginia Senior Process Manager (Enterprise Platforms Technology) As a Senior Process Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the end to end rewards and recognition programs within EPTech, as well as leading the planning and execution of recurring EPTech associate-led events. You play a pivotal role in acknowledging the exceptional contributions of our team members. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and manage recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation and motivation. Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) comprises many of Capital One’s most important enterprise platforms. We play an essential role in establishing practices for building technology solutions across the company, while also delivering capabilities that exemplify those practices. **Responsibilities** + Manage and/or drive the development and execution of recognition initiatives including EPTech High Flyers recognition program, Students & Grads Spotlight recognition program, spot bonus recognition, associate milestone recognition, additionally ad hoc recognition. + Create, manage, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote recognition programs and encourage participation. + Develop compelling content for various platforms (Slack, Pulse, newsletter, etc.) that highlights associate achievements and fosters a sense of community. + Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, employee feedback, and engagement levels to continually refine strategies and improve outcomes. + Work closely with recognition program owners, HR, EPTech leaders, and other key partners to execute recognition strategies tailored to the needs of EPTech. + Identify and highlight outstanding performance, innovation, and collaboration through creative and engaging communication methods. + Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in recognition and engagement to continuously enhance the program's effectiveness. + Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective recognition practices and the importance of employee appreciation. + Maintain accurate records of recognition activities and compile reports for leadership review. + Own and manage recurring EPTech events (i.e., Shark Tank, Stay Healthy Challenge, etc.), as well as conceptualize and propose modifications to existing events and introducing new events. + Establish, monitor, and analyze marketing timelines and performance metrics for associate engagement events and continually refine strategies to improve experiences, and promote increased participation. + Collaborate on and support in the planning and execution of associate engagement events to include but not limited to communications channels and calendar, recognition routines, volunteer, catering and AV support, etc. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree or military experience + At least 3 years of experience in Google Suite + At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Organizational Management **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2+ years of experience in HR, associate experience or associate engagement roles + 1+ year working with with content management systems Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
