Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a procurement team of 15 professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and support company objectives.Oversee and manage an €80 million procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.Manage procurement projects related to new parts and digital infrastructure, ensuring timely and successful implementation.Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions.Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on supply chain management.Proven experience managing and leading a team of at least 5 people, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in both English and German, with strong communication skills in both languages.Extensive experience managing large procurement budgets, preferably in excess of €50 million.Strong project management skills, particularly in the procurement of new parts and digital infrastructure projects.
