As the Sr. Procurement Manager Supply Network Transformation, you will be accountable to the Procurement and Coordinated Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation leadership teams for the development and governance of a company-wide Procurement driven pipeline of make vs. buy opportunities to accelerate the transformation of our manufacturing network towards simplification, improved sustainability and reduced risk. **Job Functions:** + Identify make vs. buy opportunities and develop project pipeline in close collaboration with the global procurement and ISC community, in particular Procurement business-facing teams, category leaders, R&D sourcing managers, real estate procurement managers, Finance partners and ISC business integrators + Establish and own global governance for all pipeline opportunities initiated or supported by Procurement + Oversee and coordinate pipeline execution to take ideas through the funnel to project creation, reason approval and project implementation + Collaborate with ISC Strategy & Transformation PMO leaders to incorporate governance for procurement projects in global network governance process and ensure adherence to same process and standard tools + Lead project procurement resources in support of project execution + Attend steering committees and project reviews with senior leadership to support reason preparation and approval + Develop, improve and deploy playbook for turnkey outsourcing opportunities (site divestitures to trusted contract manufacturers) as key value driver + Set up and own central monitoring platform for all current engagements and future opportunities with external manufacturing partners and work with category leaders and R&D souring managers to inform supplier selection and ensure a cohesive, long-term spend allocation strategy for contract manufacturers + Collaborate with ISC Supply Chain Risk and Sustainability teams to incorporate VOP (Value of Production) movement, risk and sustainability profiles of external manufacturing partners in global network governance tools and enable informed make vs. buy reasons and supplier selection accordingly **About you** To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: + Self-starter mentality and growth mindset to challenge status quo + Commit to results and consistent record of getting things done + Strong understanding of make vs. buy methodology and discernment to support strong cases + Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and build effective virtual teams + Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to establish and manage relationships with suppliers and colleagues within the organization + Integrity and diligence to be trusted with strategic projects **Basic Qualifications Required:** + BS/BA degree with 6-8+ years of related experience with manufacturing environments from assignments in direct materials Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:** + Experience with contract manufacturing industry (EMS or single use devices) is a plus **Physical Demands:** The nature of the work may require sitting for extended periods of time. **Work Environment:** Office Environment.
