Reporting to the Enterprise Procurement Insights & Analytics (I&A) Team, you will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, Research & Development (R&D), Internal Customers (Proteins, Ingredients, Commodities, Packaging, Indirect, Coman, and T&W Procurement) to deliver enhanced software, tools, & reporting, develop Category Strategies, track productivity projects, enable continuous improvement, and execute procurement projects. Position located in Omaha.
Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance Procurement’s productivity reporting programSupport cost reduction project ideation, implementation, and reportingOrchestrate Strategy Room meetings to facilitate collaboration and communicationProvide constructive feedback and coaching during category strategy developmentLead and collaborate on strategic Procurement Insights & Analytics projectsOversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reports and analytical tools that support productivity, strategy, and Procurement KPIsAchieve and maintain power-user status through work with other super-users within Conagra: project management tools, procurement tools, reporting, and dashboardsYou'll Have:
BS/BA in General Business, Supply Chain, or a related major3+ years in Purchasing or Supply ChainExperience interpreting and evaluating dataComfortable meeting with team members 1-1 and presenting to large audiencesExperience developing or leading category strategies and supplier managementExperience presenting, evaluating, and providing feedback on strategic contentExperience with clean sheeting, cost modeling and/or Total Cost of Ownership preferredUsed computer software, including Power BI, MS Excel, Clarizen – or other Project Management Software, PowerPoint and other analysis softwareFamiliarity with e-procurement technologies (e.g. SAP Ariba)Availability for travel approximately 10% of timeNumber of days in the Omaha office: 3At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.#LI-PM2

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
