Senior Procurement Reporting Analyst

Subject Matter Expert in producing analytics and reports, mapping key reporting processes, documenting reporting requirements, and managing stakeholders during requirement gathering. Experienced Analyst with strong background in building, managing, and maintaining both ad hoc and BAU reporting requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of team’s business plan in order to maximize productivity and performance
• Assist in process design, development, implementation related to reporting tasks
•Ensure all processes conducted are documented in a standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion
• Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures
• Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures
• Work with stakeholders to maximize opportunities, minimize expenses and achieve operational and service targets
•Ensure the services are delivered as per SLA and maintain quality work consistently
• Ensure process controls are in place and working effectively
• Regular completion and review of Claims Reporting for the period.
• Generate process improvements covering for both FTE saves or increase efficiency
• Support ad hoc requests in addition to primary responsibilities
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to Analyst or Specialist
• Support others in the team to assist in the achievement of their objectives
• Reviews Analysts or Specialists’ outputs
• Manage resources including coaching and other administrative works related to the resources.


Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience
• 4 years relevant experience

Preferred Competencies/Skills

• Ability to use multiple resources to gather and analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems
• Ability to collaborate with people at different level within the organization to accomplish a common goal

• Intermediate programming skills in SQL, Power BI

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong quantitative / analytical skill

• Clear and concise communication skills

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Data and project management skills

• Attention to details

• Clear and concise communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel

• Effective collaboration skills


Preferred Experience
• Preference for work experience in a shared service environment

Preferred Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge in Claims Procurement and Power BI and other technical reporting tools.

• Fundamental knowledge of data analysis, extraction and management techniques for insurance portfolios.

• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

• Fundamental knowledge in Report template creation and design.

• High degree of working knowledge of IT controls and safeguards of the collection, organization, structure, processing and delivery of data.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Performance Metrics Utilization.
