We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected in driving and supporting global sourcing and contracting events in the low impact stream of Manulife’s indirect spend categories such as but no limited to Conferences, Meetings and Events (CME), Marketing, Real Estate, IT, (e.g., Hardware, Software, SaaS, Telecom) HR, Office Supplies, Business Print and Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and / or lead sourcing initiatives in accordance with the business requirements within aggressive timelines, while ensuring the integrity of the bidding process Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with the team, stakeholders, third party vendors and other relevant teams within the organization Conduct negotiations and secure deals that drive savings, meet and fulfill business requirementsPerform detailed analysis of spend, contract terms and conditionsDrive and champion established procurement strategies for each sourcing event in accordance with their respective spend categories.Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-years' experience in Sourcing and ProcurementFamiliarity with Asia contracts including main clauses required for specific types of agreement, Statement of Work, Project Requirements and ExhibitsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong PC skills and proficiency with MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.· Familiarity with project management processes, procurement systems, particularly Ivalua.Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Let's make every day better together.
