We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team at MBPS. In this role, you’ll provide essential operational support for Manulife’s procurement processes and systems, contributing to our ongoing digitization and process improvement initiatives under Manulife Global Procurement. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering business requirements through the efficient execution of the end-to-end procurement process.

With 4-5 years of experience in procurement, procurement process or procurement systems. Preferably from BPO or Shared services. Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Experience working with procurement contracts and related legal documents.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with specific skills in VBA Macros, Power Apps, and Power BIAbility to communicate effectively and interact both verbally and in writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.Attention to details and accuracy are critical in completing tasks.Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.Flexibility to shift schedules.When you join our team:
