Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for construction, engineering, and PMO services.Lead supplier prequalification, RFQ/RFP processes, and vendor selection for construction materials, contractors, and project management consultants.Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms, pricing, and performance guarantees.Oversee procurement for key categories such as civil works, MEP services, consultancy, and construction equipment rental.Conduct regular vendor performance assessments and analyze market trends to drive cost-saving initiatives.Collaborate with project teams, construction managers, and PMO to align procurement activities with project schedules and business needs.Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and internal procurement policies.Mitigate risks by actively monitoring supplier performance and contract adherence.Provide regular reports on procurement progress, budgets, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on construction, engineering, or PMO services.Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, EPC, etc.), vendor negotiations, and project management workflows.Proven expertise in procurement strategies for large-scale construction projects.Proficiency in ERP systems, project management tools, and procurement software.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to strategically plan, assess risks, and solve complex procurement challenges under tight deadlines.
