Bloomberg Television is looking for a highly motivated Senior Producer to join our Dubai-based team.

You will be responsible for leading a team of producers to output our morning programme 'Horizons Middle East and Africa'. You must have demonstrated skills in TV news production including writing, copy-editing, creating graphics/videos, and handling breaking news. You must be able to embrace challenges, make split-second decisions, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator across a global newsroom. This is a small team, and the expectation is that the senior producer will be hands-on.

Manage a team of diverse producersCommunicate effectively to give guidance and direction to anchors, reporters and producersWork with the News Desk and Executive Producer to ensure your program reflects Bloomberg's editorial prioritiesConfidently output live shows from the control roomRespond to breaking news with a sense of urgencyWork with the Executive Producer to improve and evolve the program to meet our strategic goals

You'll need to have: 

5+ years of experience outputting live television news programsExceptional news judgementA good understanding of financial marketsExperience covering the Middle East and/or AfricaFlexibility with hours including early starts
