Bloomberg Television is looking for a highly motivated Senior Producer to join our Dubai-based team. You will be responsible for leading a team of producers to output our morning programme 'Horizons Middle East and Africa'. You must have demonstrated skills in TV news production including writing, copy-editing, creating graphics/videos, and handling breaking news. You must be able to embrace challenges, make split-second decisions, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator across a global newsroom. This is a small team, and the expectation is that the senior producer will be hands-on. **We'll trust you to:** + Manage a team of diverse producers + Communicate effectively to give guidance and direction to anchors, reporters and producers + Work with the News Desk and Executive Producer to ensure your program reflects Bloomberg's editorial priorities + Confidently output live shows from the control room + Respond to breaking news with a sense of urgency + Work with the Executive Producer to improve and evolve the program to meet our strategic goals **You'll need to have:** + 5+ years of experience outputting live television news programs + Exceptional news judgement + A good understanding of financial markets + Experience covering the Middle East and/or Africa + Flexibility with hours including early starts **We'd love to see:** + Experience working in a small team environment Life at Bloomberg is many things, but it’s never dull.
