The Senior Producer, Photo Studio -eCommerce is accountable for directing the execution of the photography season, as well as the re-estimation of the seasonal budget based on the annual budget. The Senior Producer partners with the Managing Producer and senior leadership to implement the vision of the photography season, while autonomously driving multiple projects throughout that season. 

This is an on-site position based out of our Photo Studio in Chicago, Illinois 5 days/week.


A day in the life as a Senior Producer, Photo Studio - eCommerce…

Lead and ensure seamless production flow for each item from request to post production Manages photo studio operations and production by coordinating resources and activities for studio floor shoots and on-location (US and international) shoots.Manage and drive the seasonal photo shoot schedules, support staff, and photography teams.Act as the liaison between internal and external photo shoot teams, including corporate merchandising and photography teams. Coordinate project production timelines with Art Director and Managing Producer.Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans, contract negotiation, and establishment of partnership terms  by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practicesSecure necessary insurance, permits and security needs for location shoots.Coordinate the budget facilitation and actualize the budget on a per-project level, with responsibility for allocating budget and hiring photo shoot staff.Oversee reconciliation and audit of incoming project invoices against active budgets and troubleshoot discrepancies.Manage the full time and seasonal production assistants and coordinators.

What you’ll bring to the table…  

Ability to direct the execution of creative concepts with fiscal and creative accountability.Excellent communication skills, good reading and written language skills (English), basic math, strong organizational skills to manage input from cross functional teamsMulti-tasking skills, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership skills. Photography industry production knowledge
