Senior Producer, Social Media Creative Agency

You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Creative and Community, to Insights, Relationships, and Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of the digital content production process, from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through post-production, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. This role requires a blend of creative vision, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES + Project Management: + Manage the full lifecycle of digital and social media content production, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. + Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. + Coordinate and manage internal and external resources, including creative teams, freelancers, and vendors. + Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. + Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges. + Production Execution: + Oversee on-set and remote production of video, photo, and other digital content. + Manage logistics, including location scouting, permitting, equipment rentals, and crew coordination. + Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and creative briefs. + Experience producing mid to large scale film productions. + Post-Production Management: + Plan and oversee the post-production process, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. + Manage communication with post-production vendors and ensure timely delivery of final assets. + Provide clear and concise feedback to editors and other post-production professionals. + Ensure all content meets platform specific technical requirements. + Licensing and Legal: + Negotiate and manage talent, music, and image licensing agreements. + Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including usage rights and intellectual property. + Maintain accurate records of all licensing agreements and contracts. + Media Planning and Deliverables: + Interpret media plans and ensure content is delivered in accordance with specified requirements. + Track and manage deliverables, ensuring all assets are delivered to the appropriate platforms and stakeholders. + Provide regular reports on project progress and performance. + Team Collaboration: + Collaborate effectively with creative teams, account managers, and clients. + Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. + Maintain organized project documentation. Requirements + This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in one of our US office locations: New York or Chicago. + 4+ years of experience in digital content production, preferably within a social media agency or related field. + Proven track record of successfully managing digital and social media content projects. + Strong understanding of the production process, from pre-production to post-production. + Experience producing mid to large scale film productions. + Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resources. + Knowledge of talent, music, and image licensing agreements. + Familiarity with media planning and deliverables tracking. + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com). + Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + A passion for creating engaging and impactful social media content.
