**Overview**
As the Senior Producer, you will play a crucial role as a strategic member of our team. Your objective will be to lead and oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality delivery within a fast-paced environment. Your leadership skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and assertive communication style will be essential in driving the success of our projects. Additionally, you will work closely with our business development team, utilizing your expertise to generate accurate and compelling proposals that support our efforts in acquiring new business. Your responsibilities will also involve working together with production craft leads and managing a group of internal employees and/or contractors who are instrumental in delivering projects for the organization. By fulfilling this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company by ensuring the seamless execution of production processes and by fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
**KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Proficient in Building creative relationships with the agency and client, becoming a trusted partner on opportunities and projects.
+ Proficient in Working closely with agency teams to understand creative vision and business goals for all work and then translate that vision to our production teams and ensure it is achieved.
+ Oversee projects from offline to online delivery for various production types and deliverables, ensuring quality control.
+ Work with project team and Craft Leads to translate project vision into requirements and solution design.
+ Aid in developing and organizing support materials for production team and client meetings.
+ Interact with other departments to meet agency and client needs.
+ Manage delivery of final assets to trafficking partners.
+ Analyze and ensure best practices.
+ Identify and eliminate obstacles threatening project viability within the organization.
+ Relay timely updates to managers, client contacts, and impacted team members.
+ Allocate and organize internal resources for successful project completion.
+ Track Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets.
+ Lead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings with other teams to assess resource availability.
+ Handle bidding, scheduling, and billing of projects.
+ Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting.
+ Experience in bridge the gap between creative and production/technology as the primary interface with other creative agency teams, content partners, as well as our digital team (PM, Creative Technology Leads, and Offshore Production)
+ Familiar with Introducing new and innovative technologies and ideas to help elevate the digital creative work (motion graphics, CG, AR, websites, and banners, primarily) and our process and workflow.
+ Experience demonstrates value to agency and client teams daily, helping to merchandise our work and regularly sharing wins, best practices, and new opportunities.
+ Familiar with the Support PM team to manage workload, projects, and processes.
+ Expert in leading meetings and interfacing with brand/agency leaders as required– from planning to briefing through delivery.
+ Experience working in Agile Methodologies Kanban, Extreme Programming, or Scrum.
**MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES (IF APPLICABLE)**
+ Proficient in Prioritizing and communicating daily/weekly work requests and assigning appropriate resources based on project scopes for dynamic creative, site builds, apps, OLA, business decks, etc.
+ Expert in Tracking Digital Studio resources (including offshore) based on availability and skill sets.
+ Proficient in Leading weekly account team status meetings to review projects and participating in daily status meetings with other Digital Studio teams to assess cross-office resource availability (on and offshore)
+ Experience in Overseeing the production workflow process and solving conflicts as they arise.
+ Proficient in Supporting internal teams and partners in delivering solutions, insights, and recommendations.
+ Experiences in Developing direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans.
+ Proficient in Reviewing the team’s work and providing directions to elevate the quality of our work and ensure deliverables match the original request.
+ Familiar with evolving the creative practice and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible.
+ Expert in Managing your time efficiently to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
**Qualifications**
**MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent preferred) and training in creative software tools such as Adobe CC. or a Technical/Creative Degree or Certification in Computer (Similar field).
+ 7 years as an account, PM, or production lead with solid digital production and creative technology expertise (preferably at a creative/digital agency)
+ Well-versed in all aspects of digital production, with a passion for keeping ahead of emerging technologies to help us innovate our work and process.
+ Experience managing cross-discipline people in the production industry and demonstrated skills in managing and growing a cross-discipline team.
+ Experience in understanding how dynamic creative (e.g., OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) works, its pros and cons. Animation, Illustration, and his tools.
