Senior Producer **Employment Type:** Full Time **Date Posted:** 2/19/2025 **Location:** Tel Aviv, Israel **Pay Range:** Negotiable **Job Number:** JO-2502-2604 **Primary Function** We are seeking a full time Senior Producer to work on-site at our clients offices in Tel Aviv, Israel reporting to the Service Delivery Manager - EMEA. The onsite Video Production Team provides studio support including technical coordination, setup and end-to-end production as well as support for the creation of video content requests from various stakeholders. Building trust with key partners and looking for extended work opportunities for the studio is an important part of the role. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a wide range of talent such as influencers, celebrities, political figures, and C-level executives, whilst possessing outstanding problem solving skills, hands on experience with broadcast level studio equipment, proven abilities in team and project management, and a successful track record of building a client portfolio with internal stakeholders. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Acts as the lead producer on all studio and remote production including but not limited to high-profile and high-visibility projects with executive team, VIPs and celebrities. + Manages the onsite studio and all phases of studio activations, from workshops, to production and deliverables hand-off. + Able to lead advanced, complex projects end-to-end through to successful completion and delivery. + Work closely with partners to build and implement new activation models, such as Stills events and Hooks activations, in collaboration with other Meta business units and studio's POVs. + Transport and setup of video, lighting, and audio equipment as required. + Capable of manipulating lighting, transforming shadows and creating environments with the available lighting (in studio or on location). + Capable of using flags, arms and other grip tools to control the lighting in both studio and on location. + Proficiency level ability using Adobe Creative Suite's video production modules and applications, allowing the ability to edit and direct motion graphic editors as required. + Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Including creative production and client support in studio and set dressing. + Build a knowledge base of each client's business, systems and objectives. Including studio activations for Meta-IL’s seasonal events and verticals. + High level of project management and coordination ability. Manage studio communications including partner and internal communications. + Pivotal in the conceptualization and rolling out of new tooling and direction to maximize production. + Constantly working to maintain the highest quality production standards. Provide feedback on assets that improve consistency and creative output. + Produce a variety of video products for broadcasting and streaming distribution. + Exposure to broadcast equipment and streaming infrastructure with experience leading a team of operators on a shoot by shoot basis. + Work with production assistants to ensure all planning and technical needs are met prior to any production commencing. + Train internal and external teams and creators for on site and off site activations. + Translate abstract client briefs and concepts into effective visual form. + Responsible for input on creative consultations. + Adapt video products to fit the needs of clients and target audiences. + Communicate the status of every project with appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis. Develop studio planning and package studio success stories. Use data to report on ROI and close the loop working with the sales team. + Manage client interaction and expectations regarding video production support efforts. + Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. **Skills & Qualifications** + Strong understanding of the production and post production lifecycle across all video formats (from short form entertainment to longer form corporate) as well as proven experience in social/mobile content creation. + Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite + In depth understanding of technical concepts and operation of digital video cameras and studio hardware. + Understanding of format and file type compatibility issues specific to video and audio. + The ability to manage stakeholders' creative expectations and deploy appropriate technical solutions to deliver complex projects/messaging. + Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. + Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team. + Web or Internet start-up environments and customer service experience are a plus. + Self Starter who can demonstrate learning and BE OPEN to learning and is adaptable to change. + Must possess a growth mindset. + Fluent in both Hebrew and English languages.
