PURPOSE
As the Sr. Producer for Studio A PDX, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating all aspects of photo and video shoot productions from conception to completion. Your experience bringing a creative vision to life, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, productions vendors, and stakeholders will ensure the successful execution of photo and video shoots. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visual content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the planning and logistics of photo shoot and video content productions.
• Be the main point of contact with external production vendors.
• Source and secure locations, permits, and necessary equipment as needed for shoots.
• Scout models, make-up artists, stylists, and other crew members based on the productions’ specific needs and creative direction.
• Negotiate production estimates and fees with production vendors, talent, and crew.
• Work closely with the Studio A creative team to build out shot lists based on the needed assets for each shoot.
• Develop detailed run of shows that include logistics, schedule, locations, props, talent, creative direction, etc.
• Make sure all Production Agreements, NDA’s and Insurance documents are signed and saved to server.
• Work with Operations to open purchase orders and make sure invoices are paid on time following adidas agreed upon payment terms.
• Responsible for successful photo shoot that meets the objectives set forward during the pre-production process and ensures all shots are taken on time and on budget.
• Negotiate usage rights for each shoot.
• Support tracking and management of budget in partnership with Operations to ensure accurate budget usage and target delivery.
• Manage post-production process with external vendors for both still imagery and video content.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive consistency and quality of project deliverables and process.
• Define and build necessary tools and templates to support production processes.
• As conflicts arise within projects, identify solutions and contribute to their resolution in a timely and appropriate manner, escalating to leadership if necessary.

• Ability to learn quickly and produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, and other tools
• In-depth knowledge of modern project-management-related tools, especially Microsoft tools.
• Experience managing risks and stakeholders
• Be willing to give and receive honest, direct and thoughtful feedback
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience managing creative teams through pre-shoot, capture, and post-production
• Solutions-oriented approach
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and partners.
• Strong communications and negotiating skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various levels in person and/or remotely.
• Good people skills, comfortable collaborating with project managers, art directors, designers and copywriters with a wide variety of personality types.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of relevant video and photoshoot production experience
• Digital campaign activation and video experience preferred
