Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business System Analyst 3+ years of project management experience leading technical projects or teams Experience on executing products as PO and solid handle on product management princples Experience with IAM, IGA and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions Experience leading IAM teams or large-scale identity governance projects Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle/Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Knowledge of regulatory standards like NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR Extensive knowledge of Health Care Industry and related business functions Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Proven good communication and logical thinking skills and should be able to interact with stakeholders Proven good Team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter Proven solid analytical skills and knows formal product requirement management practices as per agile Proven solid writing skills with ability to generate professional communications and training material Proven ability to communicate ideas and problem solutions Proven to be adaptable and transformable to learn latest technologies as per business needsPreferred Qualification:
