As a Senior Product Associate within our product development team, you will contribute by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization. You will make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback, to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. 

Job responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process documentation, to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and tools. Propose and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Work with end-users to validate and verify that the documented requirements meet their needs and expectations. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.Identify potential risks and issues related to business processes and technology implementations. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.Support change management activities by helping to develop communication plans, training materials, and transition strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
