Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Credit Journey provides credit and identity monitoring services to Chase's digital customer base both protecting our customers and returning value back to the firm. Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budgetBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aiding in the communication of product updates and progressFoster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and feedbackFoster inclusion and diversity through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExperience in reading data and metrics to determine feature health.Experience with design lead product development, collaborating with both visual and content designers.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationDemonstrated ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to achieve specific business resultsEffective prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrentlyCustomer focused with the ability to turn insights into actionExperience in running digital experiments designed to quickly identify opportunities for improvement.
