You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
+ Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
+ Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
+ Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
+ Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

+ Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

**More about this role**
**What you need to know about this position:** The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $110,967/yr; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

**What extra ingredients you will bring:**
This position will largely be responsible leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle process to deliver high-value products to market, on time and on budget. Projects will largely focus on true innovation offerings across various Clif Bar brands, but portfolio will also include base business improvement projects.
+ Experienced in building and leading successful cross-functional project teams, including highly complex projects and programs;
+ Strong communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions at all levels, with internal and external stakeholders;
+ Excellent interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships;
+ Experience driving continuous improvement and provide overall project management responsibility for all processes that contribute to business growth and efficiencies;
+ Supply chain knowledge and experience;
+ Agility/ creative problem solving expertise;
+ Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially PPT, Excel and Projects; and
+ 6+ years of product innovation management, project management, brand management and/or category management experience in a CPG or retail company (food industry experience strongly preferred)
**Education / Certifications:**
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS in relevant field a plus.
**Job specific requirements:**
This is a hybrid position with two days in-office per week. Candidate can be based either out of Emeryville, CA office or East Hanover, NJ office.
**Travel requirements:**
Expect minimal to no travel.
**Work schedule:**
Expect to work typical business hours either in PST or ET time zone.
