Job Description

The Senior Product Cost Controller will be part of the small, but growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. They will be the expert process owner for product cost calculation at the Roseville plant and be responsible to develop and introduce this new process onsite. They will be the expert for all subsidy related questions and act as the key interface for public funding authorities as well as external consultancy firms.

Responsibilities

Process owner for product cost calculation at Roseville plant; developing and introducing this new process at Roseville plant and ensuring compliance to Bosch corporate calculation standardsKey interface for public funding authorities; development and establishment of optimized reporting solutions and first point of contactDrive special projects and perform project calculations to support analysis/decision-making by leadership teamAct as a key user for SAP/R3 CO-moduleResponsible for external consultancy firms that support Bosch in the proper management and documentation of the fundsPrepare financial presentations and support financial reviews for local and North America exec. managementActively contribute to the continuous improvement process in the controlling area

QualificationsBachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business, Economics or related field with a specialization in Finance or AccountingMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a complex operations environment with profound experience in product cost calculation (ideally in the semiconductor industry)Advanced SAP/R3 skills required; ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO moduleA proven self-motivated, conscientious, team player with business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they ariseHands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environmentStrong communications skills with a team player focus on collaborationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of PowerBITravel (including internationally) as needed

Additional InformationThis role will work on site in Roseville, CA.This position works Monday- Friday, additional hours as necessary.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
