Senior Product Definition Analyst - Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)Summary of the role
We are looking for a talented and curious product definition analyst to join our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) organization.
In this role, you will shape the future security landscape for Amadeus cloud applications. You will leverage on your functional expertise and problem-solving skills to help us design a modern and intelligent platform offering authentication, authorization and fraud detection services. The Customer Identity & Access Management platform - CIAM - is built on the latest standards and technologies, cloud-ready and compliant with PCIDSS and GDPR standards. It is and should remain flexible to cover a wide range of demands and requirements coming from a diversity of customers.
You will work in a SAFe Agile Release Train, managing our product evolution towards a modern, standard, and intelligent platform and delivering services used by all product engineering divisions. Business requests come from all business domains, including airline, airport, hospitality, travel channel and payment, to cope with core business evolution, new standards and innovation.

In this role, you will/ Main responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management and consolidate them into new product concepts or upgrades.
Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough analysis and ensure requirements are ready to be worked on.
Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
Support the Development and QA teams during implementation and testing by providing the business perspective, main use cases, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents, and interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases.
About the ideal candidate
With previous experience as a Product Definition Analyst and solid knowledge and understanding of the Amadeus business and industry, you contribute to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and are accountable for own and team commitments.
