Your Key Responsibilities Conduct electric motor mechanical design engineering activities required to develop competitive products. Develop the structure of the electric motor mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction. Break down electric motor structures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification. Check whether existing electric motor subsystems and components can be reused. Develop alternative structures and select the one that is most suitable. Ensure double-sided traceability with the electric motor mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.). Your Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in engineering and 2 or more years of practical experience. Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions. Experience in solving engineering problems. Applicable engineering & physics knowledge. Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components. Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer. Communication ability (written & verbal). Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
